What is Bright Minds PPEC?
Bright Minds PPEC is a Pediatric Prescribed Extended Care center serving children with complex medical needs in the Homestead community. We provide a unique blend of skilled nursing care, developmental therapies, and age-appropriate social interaction in a safe, nurturing environment. Unlike traditional daycare settings, a PPEC is staffed by licensed healthcare professionals who deliver continuous medical supervision, administer treatments, and support each child’s individualized care plan throughout the day. Children also benefit from physical, occupational, and speech therapies, structured educational and play-based activities, and opportunities to build social skills alongside peers. Our goal is to not only meet each child’s medical needs, but to promote growth, independence, and quality of life, while giving families peace of mind and support in their daily routines!
